Package 1st class. To your letterbox or door.
Delivery time: 1-2 working day*.

Economy Package. To your postbox or door, climate-compensated.

MyPack Home. Home delivery.
Delivery time: 1-3 day, 6 days per week*.
The package is delivered to you during the day or by the evening.
You are notified in the PostNord App or via SMS/email with an extimated delivery date and time. Your delivery time can always be adjusted. You can for example choose another day/time, delivery in person, or collect your package at a PostNord service point.
In case of home delivery you can track your package with a mat, ETA, and number of stops before you.
*Some locations are served in 4 days. delivery on saturdays is not available everywhere.
MyPack Collect. Collect at a service point or in a package box.

The order is sent to the shop of your choice. You will be notified via SMS, email, or PostNord App when you can collect the package.
Exchange and return policy.
You have always 14 days of open purchase, complete right to exchange and change your mind. All the returned items shall be unused and in perfect condition, with original packaging and labels still intact.
